Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between La Peonia Grazing & Events (“we”, “our”) and the Client (“you”) for all catering, grazing, drinks and styling services.
By confirming a booking and paying the deposit, you agree to these terms.
 
 

 1.⁠ ⁠Bookings & Payments

•A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
•The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date.
•Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit and written confirmation have been received.
•Prices may change if guest numbers, menu choices or service requirements are altered after confirmation.
 
 

 2.⁠ ⁠Changes & Cancellations

•All cancellations must be made in writing.
•The deposit is non-refundable in any case.
•Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will be charged in full.
•If you need to postpone, we will do our best to accommodate a new date (subject to availability and any price changes).
 
 

3.⁠ ⁠Guest Numbers & Menu Details

•Final guest numbers and menu selections must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event.
•Significant changes after this point may not be guaranteed and could incur additional charges.
•If fewer guests attend than confirmed, no refunds or reductions will be made.
 
 

 4.⁠ ⁠Food Safety & Quality

•All food is freshly prepared and must be consumed within 4 hours of setup.
•Once delivery and setup are complete, responsibility for food handling and storage passes to the client.
•La Peonia Grazing & Events accepts no liability for food consumed after the recommended timeframe.
•Allergies or dietary requirements must be disclosed in writing prior to booking confirmation.
 
 

 5.⁠ ⁠Drinks & Self-Serve Stations

•Drinks are provided ready to serve (in dispensers, bottles or canisters) and must be kept chilled by the client or venue after delivery.
•Once set up, drinks service and monitoring are the client’s responsibility.
•Alcoholic drinks may only be served in accordance with local licensing laws.
 
 

 6.⁠ ⁠Styling & Floral Services

•Floral styling covers food tables, dessert tables and drink stations only (not guest dining tables or full venue floristry).
•Designs are based on your chosen colour palette and seasonal availability.
•We cannot guarantee specific flower varieties but will always maintain the agreed tone and quality.
 
 

 7.⁠ ⁠Equipment, Props & Returns

•All boards, props, vases and styling items remain the property of La Peonia Grazing & Events.
•Collection is typically arranged within 24 hours after your event.
•Any missing or damaged items will be charged at replacement cost.
•If you prefer to return items yourself, please agree this in advance in writing.
 
 

 8.⁠ ⁠Access & Venue Requirements

•The client must ensure safe and easy access for setup and collection, with sufficient workspace and parking.
•La Peonia is not liable for any delays or limitations caused by restricted access or venue conditions beyond our control.
 
 

 9.⁠ ⁠Liability & Insurance

•We hold full Public Liability Insurance (copy available on request).
•Our total liability, except in cases of negligence causing injury or death, is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
•We accept no responsibility for damage or loss to client or venue property during the event.
 
 
10.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure
 
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including extreme weather, strikes, illness, or government restrictions.
 
 
11.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
 
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
