I’m Anna, and I grew up in Italy, where food was always at the heart of every gathering. From an early age, I loved bringing people together — organising meals for family and friends, setting the table, preparing dishes, and watching as, once we sat down, the world outside simply faded away. Around that table, there was laughter, warmth, and a sense of togetherness that felt truly special.

Those moments stayed with me. They taught me that sharing food is about far more than eating — it’s about creating joy, connection, and memories that linger long after the meal is over.

That’s how La Peonia was born: from my wish to recreate for others what I experienced growing up — a table filled with flavour, laughter, and love.
